Community Manager Internship

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with the founder and CMO to define content strategy
  • Supervise another teammate to create and improve engaging contents on different social medias in respect of our brand vision
  • Participate in overall online outreach and promotion find potential collaboration opportunities with other brands/influencers
  • Work with business analysts to create monthly reporting tools on social media analytics and conduct basic data analysis (e.g. keyword analysis)

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year in social media/marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Interest in the pet industry
  • Optional: 3 semesters in Communication or related field; a start-up experience and/or an internship experience
  • Up to 20 hours a week; flexible working hours and remote work desired

Communication Manager Internship

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with streamlining social media accounts to ensure uniform and relevant content for landing pages, graphics, and other elements on the web
  • Create and improve engaging posts on social media in collaboration with our Social Media Manager
  • Interact with potential clients and candidates to help acquiring new followers in our community
  • Identify and monitor key industry bloggers, trade journalists and twitter influencers
  • Support and execute CogniPet’s public relation strategy in a highly organized manner
  • Coordinate with other team members using Slack and Trello to ensure their professional profiles are always accurate and up-to date
  • Schedule meetings with our marketing team to plan the forthcoming editorial and marketing strategy
